I think I exercise too much. Just did the breast cancer foundation spin at Plaza Singapura this morning. Yesterday and all were full of runnings. Now my legs are hurting but my tummy is still here to stay.

My Zirca event was cancelled due to the probation orders sent down.

However, please please please do not stop you from going down and have some fun! I may be there from 7pm to 9pm. Need to be back by 10pm.

Went running today. For people who think I am not fat, I am now 62kg, due to the biopolar and sleeping pills. =( It is really sad for a person who love beauty so much to be imperfect. I do enjoy ice creams and all but this have to stop. Until I am back to my old shape of 50kg or less.

My sisters and I are perfectionist in shape and beauty. My sister stands at 168cm and is 48kg and she is about to jump off the building. Ok, I am exaggerating but it is near to true. She is just flabbergasted at her weight. =P Sorry Jie to use you as an example.

I am so so fat but I CANNOT RESIST BEN AND JERRY ICE CREAM!!!!

However, back to my exercise regime. I’m going running at least for half an hour everyday in the morning and at night. =)

Will let you guys know how it goes.

I guess I am piling on muscles which is why I am getting so heavy.

I need to be home by 10pm due to my probation order. Hence, missing out on all the fun. However, I would get an excuse to be at Zirca for a fashion show. WWW.NEWURBANMALE.COM fashion show. Would be with all the 10 Mr Singapore and 8 New Urban models. There would be fun and a halloween party, so, please please please be there.

The next event, the halloween, would be a costume one so be dressed for the occasion. =)
